UDC Announces Stafford Street Village, Bristol, Tennessee.

Universal Development & Construction (UDC) is proud to announce the development of a new multi-family community in Bristol, Tennessee: Stafford Street Village. The 137-unit apartment and townhome community will be located on Stafford Street near the junction of the Blountville Highway and West State Street. Stafford Street Village will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes and will be the eighteenth multi-family development in UDC’s portfolio of over 2000 apartments, townhomes and single family residences. Rents are expected to start at $675 for a one bedroom apartment and go up to $1,195 for a three bedroom townhome with most homes having drive-under garages. The community will feature great amenities including a fenced-in dog park, a zero-entry mountain lake salt water pool and an outdoor pavilion area.

The project is a joint venture between Universal Development and Construction (UDC) and Mitch Cox Companies (MCC). Site preparation and grading for this project and a neighboring storage facility for Universal Storage Solutions (USS) that is also being co-developed, is currently underway and the first apartments and townhomes are expected to be available for rent at the end of 2019.
