UDC-Pickens Bridge Village is outstanding!! The staff is down to earth and yet very professional. Katie (Office Manager) is one of a kind and always replies to any phone calls or emails in one or two business days and such a great asset to the Village. Joe (Maintenance) what a guy!!!! He keeps things running so smoothly around here from the simple garbage disposal issues to remodeling the unit for the next resident. Every unit in this Village looks suburb, very clean landscape, and neighbors are friendly, quite, and welcoming.
