Johnson City, Tennessee – When the first residents move into Universal at Mockingbird Lane,

The first apartments and townhomes are expected to be ready for occupancy this fall. Rent for
the units will range from $750 for a one-bedroom apartment to $1,400 for a three-bedroom
townhome with a drive under garage.
