Construction Begins on Universal at Mockingbird Lane

Johnson City, Tennessee – When the first residents move into Universal at Mockingbird Lane,
they will notice a living experience that is truly unique to the area. The project is a joint venture

Site preparation and grading are already underway for Universal at Mockingbird Lane. The

the units will range from $750 for a one-bedroom apartment to $1,400 for a three-bedroom
