Universal Development & Construction (UDC) announces their newest project in Elizabethton, TN; the acquisition and completion of the Town View community located at the corner of South Sycamore Street and Johnson Avenue.
Jointly acquired and developed by UDC and its partner, Mitch Cox Companies (MCC), this new phase of construction will add 48 one and two bedroom garden-style apartments to the existing 24 homes completing the 72 unit community.

Town View is the fourteenth multi-family development in UDC’s portfolio of over 1,500 apartments, townhomes and houses. Rents are expected to start at $579 for a one bedroom apartment and go up to $969 for a three bedroom.
Construction is already underway on the site and the first units are expected to be available for rent in the fall of 2018.
New apartment homes will feature energy efficient appliances, hardwood-style flooring and carpeted bedrooms with satin nickel ceiling fans. The community will also feature a fenced-in dog park and a municipal grade children’s playground.
