Apartment community expansion in Northeast Johnson City

UDC and Mitch Cox Construction finished construction of the Pickens Bridge Village phase II apartments in October 2015.

What began as a stylish 38-unit apartment community, originally constructed in 2008, now features 53 more brand new apartment homes.

The Pickens Bridge Village community features one bedroom units with back porches and two bedroom units with back decks and drive-under garages. The exterior materials are warm colored brick and hardiplank siding. The interiors will have high-end laminate flooring, carpeted bedrooms, brushed nickle fixtures and stainless steel appliances.
