David Henderson
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
A native of Maine and a graduate of both the University of Maine and Johnson University, David and his family relocated to Johnson City in 1993. David was an executive with a national restaurant chain for over 22 years leading teams in both restaurant operations and information technology. After leaving the restaurant industry in 2008, David and his wife published a regional travel magazine for two years focused on our beautiful northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia area. In 2010 David started working with a local property management company in Johnson City focused on residential rentals, and in 2015 David joined UDC. David also holds a license as an Affiliate Real Estate Broker in the state of Tennessee.
