Pickens Bridge Village Community Expands

Universal Development & Construction (UDC) and Mitch Cox Companies (MCC) are pleased to announce their plans to build additional townhomes and apartments at Pickens Bridge Village, currently a 95-unit townhome and apartment community located on the Bristol Highway in Piney Flats. This is the third phase of the co-developed multifamily project at Pickens Bridge Village.

These two companies are partnering to develop 11.9 acres into a 20-building addition to Pickens Bridge Village, a premium townhome and apartment community adjacent to the property with a community clubhouse, resort-style saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, children’s playground and a tanning facility.

These two companies have been developing multifamily communities together for over a decade in the Tri-Cities, with more than 2,000 homes either constructed or in the development pipeline. The Villas at Boone Ridge, Stone Crest Townhomes, The Villas at Lavinder Lane and The Villas at River Bend are just a few of the residential projects developed and constructed by UDC and MCC.

Each unit will feature new Energy Star certified stainless steel appliances, large closets, washer/dryer connections, hardwood style flooring, and some units even have drive-under garages.

Pickens Bridge Village in Piney Flats will have one, two, and three bedroom townhomes and apartments available for lease in late 2017/early 2018.
